Learning How To Sell

Welcome back coaches.

I hope you guys are crushing it this week!!!

Today,I want to talk about the main skill,that you are going to have to develop,if you want to keep growing and expanding,your private coaching program.

You must learn how to sell.

"I'm talking about selling your vision,program and yourself."

And the first sell, is going to have to be to yourself!!!

Get sold on YOUR program.

"I read this in a great book on sells a while back and I have it posted up on my home office wall,to keep me focused on my vision".

If you want to be able to sell your program, you have to be sold on it first!!

People have to see and FEEL the belief and the passion, that you have for what you are doing.

You must also have self-faith in your vision.

Because.

Your achievements,will never rise any higher than your self-faith.

So,how can you master the art of selling?

Well,by reading books,watching videos and role-playing by yourself and also,with others.

When you do all these things on a daily basis and immerse yourself into the art of selling.

You get them down into your subconscious and you start selling more.

The reality is this.....

You either have to master the art of selling or go out of business!!

Study the successful coaching out there.

The one thing that they all had in common was.........they were completely sold on their products and services.

They had a inner knowing about themselves.

What you need to ask yourself is this.

"How much am I sold on my private coaching program"?

Answer that one and be honest with yourself.

It's you,having a deep conversation with yourself,so you can start moving towards what you want.

After you answer that key question.

Go back out into the market and start dominating it!!!

You see.

Learning how to sell,is really all about,discovering what your passion is and then going all in on it!!!!!

Copy this post out and read it for the next few weeks.

That should give you some direction and focus.

Commit To Daily Prospecting

Welcome back my fellow coaches.

I hope you guys are crushing it, with your private tennis coaching programs out there.

Been getting some positive feedback,so I will try to continue to drop  information in this blog,every month.

Please like and share the content too.

Today's topic is...

Commit To Prospecting.

Prospecting is something that you have to do everyday and you have to give it time to take traction in the market.

I was consulting a  tennis coach last week.

And.

I asked him.

How many hours a day are you prospecting for new students?

His answer was.

Less than 1 hour.

The rest of his time was being spent researching and putting things off.

Can you guys relate to that?

I thought so!!!

Look.

You must commit  to prospecting daily.

Sales is a numbers game.

"And if you don't work those numbers everyday,you are just running a number on yourself".

Here is a plan of action.

For the next two months, 20x all your sales activities.

Focus on getting better at doing it,step by step.

That way.

Your conversion rates, should improve after a few weeks.

The important thing to do is to.....

Take massive action and then follow that action up with even more action.

This will  help you build a huge sale pipeline,that you can cash in on later.

I read somewhere that.

Your sales pipeline,will determine your monthly amount of sales!!

Make sense right?

Back to my client though.

His pipeline was empty and he didn't know why!!!

After he started committing to prospecting daily.

His program double and now he is blowing his business up,as I write this post.

I said this in the first post and I also talked about it in the book.

"Your main objective is to build a gigantic pipeline, through daily prospecting and keep it full."

Then build a referral base coaching system.

But,before you can do that.

You have to commit to prospecting.

And you must master how to sell.

Read books, listen to audio and immerse yourself into the art of selling, until you can master it.

Okay.

20x Your Tennis Coaching Business

It's a rainy day here in kansai today.

So, I decided to write a post for you guys.

It's on a subject that, I was just meditating on, after reading a great  book on marketing and sells.

I can tell you this right now though.

If you take these tips and implement them into your marketing campaign the right way, and then adjust your approach to make sure, that they work for YOU.

You will 20X your tennis coaching program in months.

By the way.

Give your sales campaign, time to work.

Okay.

Here is your 20X game plan.

Create new opportunities daily.

The question that you need to ask yourself every morning is......

What is my goal for today?

"Create a hit list of people and companies that would be interested in joining your program and call them to set up,to set up an appointment with them,to sell your program".

Your list should be 50 to 60 prospects.

You must work the numbers,if you want to 20X your program.

The more calls you make, the more practice you will get and then,the better you are going to get, at cold telephone prospecting.

Know your pitch cold and then anchor yourself into the moment, when talking, on the phone.

Keep on banging out those calls all day.

The Sales Secret of The Ages-

"The more people you call on,the more sales you will make!!"

Be Relentless.

The reason why salespeople don't make enough sales is because,they are too easy, to say no to.

Again.

Your pitch must be powerful and use a lot of emotion when talking to them.

I mean.

If they keep resisting you,move on,but never be a passive pushover!!!

Master How To sell

There is a science to selling.

That you must learn.

When you combine that,with the right attitude and  commitment,nothing will stop you.

Read,practice,read and practice and learn how to sell your coaching program.

I wish someone would have taught me this sells stuff years ago.

The reality is that.

Everything is communication in marketing and everyone is selling something.

I don't care who you are.

You will need to know how to sell yourself and your ideas and products.

But the first person you need to sale,is you to YOU!!!!

Man,you gotta believe in yourself.

Because if you don't.

You won't be able to sale your coaching program to anybody!!

Make sense right?

Take those 3 tips and go into the market place and dominate it!!

Use Emotion And Passion In Your Pitch

What's up guys?

Welcome back to the blog.

Hope you guys are crushing it, with your private tennis coaching business, on and off the court.

Today,I want to talk to you guys about your sale pitch.

And.

How well have you perfected it?

Do you even have one?

If you don't,create one after you read this post and if you do have one...

Keep refining it everyday,until you know it cold and until you can give it with emotion and passion.

You never want to sound like a salesmen.

You also want to use emotion and passion in your pitch.

People buy on emotion,then they use logic later, to back up their buying decisions.

I was reading a book by a guy,who is using this in his own sale pitch and sales copy,who is making 4,000$ a DAY!!

Think about that,for a moment guys.

"This guy is bringing home more in 1 month,than most people make in a year."

That blew me away when I read it!!!

I just read the book twice too and I am going to copy his same system into my own "Self-Publishing Business".

About your pitch.

Make it all about them and agitate their biggest problems/needs and offer the cure for it.

I would use health issues.

Americans are getting fatter every year and tennis is a great way, for them to get back into shape at their own pace and also do it in a social settings.

See what I am saying?

So,that could be something to think about.

For kids.

"It's a great way of teaching and preparing them to play the toughest game they will ever play".

That being,the GAME OF LIFE.

The idea here is to.

Create  a powerful sales pitch, that  solves your ideal prospects biggest needs and problems.

And again.

Keep revising it and refining it weekly.

You must be able to give your sales pitch in a passionate way.

Because if you can't,you will not be successful when prospecting.

Ask yourself this tough question.

On a scale of 1 to 10,with 10 being the highest.

How much passion do you use in your sales pitch?

This question will get you moving in the right direction.

ACTION TIP.

Sit down today and go over your sales pitch or create one.

Then keep adjusting it, were you need to,then start giving it at least 20 times a day,to your target students.

Key secret here- Try to give each one,better than the last one!!!

And remember this,,,,

When you use passion when prospecting,you will always magnetize, people to YOU!!!

Hacking Other People’s Funnels

Hello, my fellow coaches and welcome back to the blog,that shows coaches how........ to start their own coaching programs on a tight budget.

I got this cool hack, from watching Russell Brunson a few days ago in  a webinar.

I would adopt it and adapt  it,to fit into your sales marketing plans.

The thing about marketing is that...

You don't need to try to re-invent the wheel,when doing it.

Just model after, what other great marketers are doing.

And oh yes.

KISS(Keep It Simple Stupid).

Okay,here is the Sales Funnel Hack!!

Go to the top marketer's site, in your niche and buy their product.

But just don't buy it,like many people do.

Write down their sales process and pay close attention, to how they do the following.

Up-sell you after the purchase.

Take you through the sale process.

Walk you through their funnel.

Follow up with you after the sale.

Build a relationship with their VIP clients.

We could go on and on here,but you get the message right?

After you hack into theirs.

"Create your own Sales Funnel and focus on improving,what you learn from them,with this purchase."

How can you make it better?

How can you see things, that they are not seeing?

In what ways can you take their sales process, to the next level and then automate it and let it run on it's own?

Use your creative imagination and come up with as many ideas as you can.

Next,it's execution time.

NOTE-

When building your own system.

Be open to new ideas and revise the one that you come up with it, as much as you need too,to allow  it,to manage itself.

The end goal here is to,,,

Hack into theirs,model after it,then revise it and last, automate it.

Ask your clients what they want and what they think about your system and give them what they want.

(We are all in the relationship business,not the making money off our clients business.)

The more you focus on serving them everyday and deepening your relationship with them.

The more referrals and business,they will give you.

Take a hard look, at how close your relationship is with your students,at all time.

If it's not close to a 10,you are in big trouble my friend.
