Working The Sales Process

Hello, my fellow tennis coaches.

Welcome back to the blog.

I hope you guys are crushing it, with your private coaching programs.

We are going to talk about working the sales process the right way, by giving the process time to work for you.

Keep this in mind.

Give every sales campaign 3 months.

That is enough time, to see how your campaign is working.

Now, after 3 months.

Evaluate your results and make the needed adjustments and try it again, for another 3 months.

The key to making it work is to......

Set daily targets and make sure you hit those targets.

How many dials a day.

How many contacts a day.

How many follow-ups a day?

As we talked about before.

Sales is a numbers games.

If you aren't seeing the results from your marketing, you have to take a hard look at your daily sales activities.

Think deeply on this too.

Then, start crushing those numbers.

And trust the sales process.

I can tell you this my friend.....

If you are working the numbers every day.

Eventually, you will build a huge sales pipeline and your coaching program will start growing.

Your monthly sales.

Are always tied to size of your sales pipeline.

Not getting enough students or leads daily?

Then start growing your pipeline!!!

In this blog.

I have spoken about the sales pipeline a lot.

It's the most important factor in the growth of your private coaching business.

In fact.

The whole sales process is determined, by how wide and deep your pipeline is.

Let's stop there today.

I'll talk to you guys next month.

How Productive Are You

Welcome back to the blog my fellow coaches.

I will be setting up seminars for coaches, who want to start their own private coaching programs later this year.

I'll give you guys the heads up on that, right before it happens.

I want to help your guys become more productive with building your programs.

If you aren't growing like you want or you are just starting your private coaching program.

You want to be productive daily.

That comes from getting efficient with the things that will help you produce.

At the end of the day.

If you haven't gained any leads or new clients, you haven't had a productive day.

Have you?

Never look at how many hours you are working.

Look for how much you have produced at the end of the day.

I see too many coaches get caught up in looking like they are busy producing, when they aren't!!

Your daily power schedule.

Here are the powerful questions, that you need to ask yourself at the end of the day.

How many sales calls did I do today?

How many appointments did I make today?

How many leads came in today?

How many follow ups did I do today?

How many prospects did I get in front of today?

When you focus on these sales activities every day.

"You build discipline and you also build up your sales pipeline".

The success of your business,is determine by how large your pipeline is and gets.

Start producing today.

Decide not to leave or quit your work day, until you have hit your numbers, for that day.

Sales is numbers game and if you don't work those numbers daily, you won't be productive.

You can keep tweaking and adjusting your schedule daily,to  fine tune it as you work this plan.

Then, start working smarter and keep producing.

If you do that for 3 months straight.

You should be well on your way to having a 6 figure coaching program in that same amount of time.

Let's stop there today.

I'll talk to you coaches more later this month.

Bottom line here.

Get BUSY on building your private coaching program now!!!

Who Is In Your Pipeline

Welcome back to the blog coaches.

I hope you guys are having a great weekend!!

It's Monday July 3rd here in kansai and I am coming to you guys from my desk here at school.

Just a heads up.

I will start giving seminars for tennis coaches, who want to start their own private coaching programs next year.

So,look out for the dates later on in this blog.

In this post today,I want to talk about how you can clean out your pipeline and add more quality leads in it.

First thing, that I want you guys to do is..........sit down tonight and look at all the prospects who haven't join your coaching program yet.

Contact them tomorrow and ask this question.

Have you seen enough to join my program?

Ask them straight up like that.

If they don't join then, just move them off your prospect  list.

"Spend all day, cleaning up your pipeline".

Then after you do that.

Replace those prospects by stepping up your sales activities next week.

Make a note to yourself too.

Every time you close a new student, make sure you replace that prospect with another one!!!

This can be done by asking for a referral or 10xing your sales activities.

The best way  to do this.......

Keep your sales pipeline full at all times.

That way.

You won't even need to think about it,because you will always have someone in your pipeline, to move up in your funnel.

I know I have said this many times in this blog, but I will repeat it again here.

Your sales pipeline will always determine your sales growth.

"If you are having a problem with growing your private coaching program, take a hard look at your pipeline".

Every sales book that I have ever read, have this one common tip in them.

Your sales pipeline, determines your business growth!!

Last thing that I want to mention.

Keep updating your prospect list monthly.

You should never be wasting time with bad prospects.

Because time is money.

The time you are wasting with that bad prospect,is taking money away from your tennis coaching program.

My point here is this.

Understand the meaning of," Time is money and stop wasting time with prospects who can't decide, because you are losing money on them".

Enjoy the holiday weekend.

And I will talk to you guys later this month!!

Learning How To Sell

Welcome back coaches.

I hope you guys are crushing it this week!!!

Today,I want to talk about the main skill, that you are going to have to develop,if you want to keep growing and expanding, your private coaching program.

You must learn how to sell.

"I'm talking about selling your vision, program and yourself."

And the first sell, is going to have to be to yourself!!!

Get sold on YOUR program.

"I read this in a great book on sells a while back and I have it posted up on my home office wall,to keep me focused on my vision".

If you want to be able to sell your program, you have to be sold on it first!!

People have to see and FEEL the belief and the passion, that you have for what you are doing.

You must also have self-faith in your vision.

Your achievements, will never rise any higher than your self-faith.

So,how can you master the art of selling?

Well,by reading books, watching videos and role-playing by yourself and also, with others.

When you do all these things on a daily basis and immerse yourself into the art of selling.

You get them down into your subconscious and you start selling more.

The reality is this.....

You either have to master the art of selling or go out of business!!

Study the successful coaching out there.

The one thing that they all had in common was.........they were completely sold on their products and services.

They had a inner knowing about themselves.

What you need to ask yourself is this.

"How much am I sold on my private coaching program"?

Answer that one and be honest with yourself.

It's you, having a deep conversation with yourself,so you can start moving towards what you want.

After you answer that key question.

Go back out into the market and start dominating it!!!

You see.

Learning how to sell,is really all about, discovering what your passion is and then going all in on it!!!!!

Copy this post out and read it for the next few weeks.

That should give you some direction and focus.

Talk to you guys next month!!

Commit To Daily Prospecting

Welcome back my fellow coaches.

I hope you guys are crushing it, with your private tennis coaching programs out there.

Been getting some positive feedback,so I will try to continue to drop  information in this blog, every month.

Please like and share the content too.

Today's topic is...

Commit To Prospecting.

Prospecting is something that you have to do everyday and you have to give it time to take traction in the market.

I was consulting a  tennis coach last week.

I asked him.

How many hours a day are you prospecting for new students?

His answer was.

Less than 1 hour.

The rest of his time was being spent researching and putting things off.

Can you guys relate to that?

I thought so!!!

You must commit  to prospecting daily.

Sales is a numbers game.

"And if you don't work those numbers everyday, you are just running a number on yourself".

Here is a plan of action.

For the next two months, 20x all your sales activities.

Focus on getting better at doing it,step by step.

That way.

Your conversion rates, should improve after a few weeks.

The important thing to do is to.....

Take massive action and then follow that action up with even more action.

This will  help you build a huge sale pipeline, that you can cash in on later.

I read somewhere that.

Your sales pipeline, will determine your monthly amount of sales!!

Make sense right?

Back to my client though.

His pipeline was empty and he didn't know why!!!

After he started committing to prospecting daily.

His program double and now he is blowing his business up,as I write this post.

I said this in the first post and I also talked about it in the book.

"Your main objective is to build a gigantic pipeline, through daily prospecting and keep it full."

Then build a referral base coaching system.

But,before you can do that.

You have to commit to prospecting.

And you must master how to sell.

Read books, listen to audio and immerse yourself into the art of selling, until you can master it.

Let's pause there for today.

I'll talk to you guys next month!!!
